How To Ecommerce

A one-on-one programme to help you start selling online, advertising your products online & measuring your ROI

This course is registered with the Government's Tourism Transitions Fund

Learning Outcomes: e-marketing and strategic use of websites, the internet and other technology as marketing tools (i.e. better communication, improved market research, lower costs and greater customer convenience)

Programme Overview

This one on one programme provides immediate expert advice to SME business owners in the tourism sector, whose businesses are impacted by COVID-19, to help them start selling products & services online. We’ll work with you to identify the right website platform for your business, help you overcome the frequent obstacles for selling products & services online, develop an online marketing strategy to advertise your products & services and put in place a reporting framework for measuring your ROI.

By the end of the programme you will have a solid understanding of how to sell and market your products and services online. You will have identified the steps you need to work through to launch an e-commerce store that works for your business, and a marketing plan to advertise your products and services to your target market.

Investment

The programme provides one on one expert advice, with on-call access to the coach. The programme includes fortnightly sessions plus an equal amount of analysis and preparation time for the coach (although there is room for flexibility here).

We would expect to run the programme over a minimum of 10 hours, and so the minimum investment required is $1500 (plus GST) depending on the business needs.

The programme can be delivered in person within Auckland (or by video conference), and by video conference to areas outside of Auckland (so is available to anyone in New Zealand).

The fund is available via the Government's Regional Business Partner (RBP) Network. The process can be a bit convoluted, but we can walk you through the steps.
