We'll show you how to build an online 'persona' to build trust with your audience, maximise your chances of converting your advertising spend into leads and sales, and demonstrate how to measure the return on your investment. 1. What is online advertising?
We'll explain what a paid traffic strategy is, the objectives of advertising online, and what a paid traffic strategy could do for your business. You'll get familiar with terms such as 'pay-per-click', 'boosted posts' and 'search vs display' advertising. Once de-mystified, the online advertsing world starts to make sense!
2. The online eco-system & what the options are for your business
We'll review the various components of the online eco-system and help you to choose which advertising platform(s) would be best for your business depending on what you're wanting to achieve, e.g. increase brand awareness, sell products or generate leads. You'll get a sound overview of the most popular online marketing channels (Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram) and which are best for converting sales vs building awareness.
3. Basic buying cycle: From stranger to high value customer
We'll show you how to build an online 'persona' to help build trust with your audience and provide you with a basic funnel process for migrating the cold, warm and hot leads generated from your online advertising towards making a purchase.
4. Worked Example
Then we'll finish the course with a worked example to bring it all together and show you how to measure the return on your investment.
