Adventist Book Centre

The Adventist Book Centre has a large store in South Auckland, but they really wanted an ecommerce website to sell their books, DVDs and other media online for the benefit of younger members of the church who read more widely than just Seventh Day Adventist published material.

We spent a lot of time planning the website design, navigation and book categories to ensure customers would be able to find the books they're looking for quickly and easily. Customers have the option of adding a product to their cart from the main 'list' page, or from the product page.

Customers can elect to pay by credit card or they can choose to place their order via the website and then call the store with their credit card details. Churches can also apply for a credit account via the website and then have the option to pay for their purchases on account.

Because there is already an established distributor of Seventh Day Adventist material in the South Island, the Adventist Book Centre wanted to restrict delivery to the North Island only. We achieved this by only allowing customers to complete the checkout process if they have a North Island delivery post code.

The newsletter sign up form is integrated with their Mailchimp database to make managing their newsletter campaigns super easy and of course we worked our SEO magic to give the site the best start in life.
